What is Prehab?

Prehab involves identifying underlying weaknesses, mobility restrictions, and poor movement patterns before they lead to injury, as prevention is the best cure. Prehab may also be used to help prepare your body for surgery.

We use functional and biomechanical assessments, along with video and gait analysis, to pinpoint problem areas. Based on these findings, we provide tailored advice, specific treatments, and exercise programmes to address and correct these issues.


Additionally, we work with athletes and sports teams during pre-season training or in preparation for competitions. This includes strength and conditioning programmes, weightlifting techniques, and functional movement pattern training, offered on a one-to-one basis or as team training sessions.
